Rumours were circulating earlier this year that a bid had been made from the group for total control of the club.
It is now becoming clear that the deal is well and truly on the table, and with club officials now meeting the group, then optimisim for a sale is now high.
Chairman James Derry described the deal to the CHAD as 'Well thought out', although the group at this stage do not want to be named.
