Chairman Begins Search for New Boss

Two people who have come out publicly this week saying they would take the job on, are John Hollins and Paul Hart.

Both have plenty of managerial experience, but with the Stags currently holding up the entire football league, whoever takes it on faces a mammoth task to re-build team morale.

Current caretaker manager Peter Shirtliff is another to throw his hat into the ring, "I do want this job, if I didn't think i could do it i wouldn't have bothered applying"
