"We didn't perform and we lost badly. It was unacceptable and the players know that. We weren't good enough.
"In the first half we were patchy, but in the second half we were extremely poor and there's no hiding that.
"When the third goal went in we had a mountain to climb. We conceded the first three goals at bad times, especially the first just before half time.
"Now we must bounce back. We'll be back on the training ground in the morning and start again."
