Interestingly, the Stags first 'PROPER' home game will be a week later when Stockport visit Field Mill, in between that, some sort of team known as 'MK Dons' will come to town.
For most Stags fans, the local derbies with Notts County, create a lot of interest, and this season, the home game is on Saturday 7th October, with the return at Meadow Lane on Saturday 10th March 2007.
We cannot publish the full fixture list as once again independent websites are being asked to pay large fees to display football fixtures, therefore we can't bring you them in direct links on this site. Which in itself brings the question, if no one can see the fixtures, what would happen if grounds were empty for the opening day? Would they then let us display the fixtures?
