According to the official Grimsby Town Website, the Mariners trip to Field Mill on Saturday February 17th has been made all ticket for away supporters.
It states that the Mariners 'have now received 1000 tickets from Mansfield and the fixture is all ticket for Grimsby Town fans.'
This it would appear be down to free travel laid on by the club in order for as many supporters travel and support the team, as they battle the drop from League 2.
Grimsby Chairman John Fenty told the official website "There is a huge sense of togetherness of supporters at away games, something that tends to get lost at Blundell Park because all the fans sit in different areas.
"The club simply needs to replicate that support at other away games. I hope that the free away travel is well received and if it has the desired affect, I may extend it to another game."
