With the clubs AGM planned for next Tuesday, news that the Stags have lost money will not go down well with shareholders and supporters of the club.
Once again the Stags have run at an operating loss of just over £250,000, after losing around £260,000 the previous year.
At the end of June 2006, the club was valued at £1,305,435, although more than halve that was made up of debts to the club.
Mr Haslam has continually been under pressure from supporters groups over his ownership of Stags Ltd, in which he owns 74% of the parent company. It is this company that owes the football club some £585,000.
Stags chairman James Derry painted a bleak outlook on the latest figures, when he told the Mansfield CHAD this week "We are pushing to sell more season tickets, as it is vital we push the club back into the black."
