Local MP Strikes Back

Alan Meale has written a letter in this weeks Chad newspaper, outling his thoughts on the current demonstrations against chairman Keith Haslam, in it he says "As readers are aware, some things have been intimated recently about the clubs affairs which are, in my opnion, misleading. For instance, that the chairman has stolen or squandered monies belonging to the club... Outrageous accusations..."

Meanwhile chairman Keith Haslam refuses to be drawn on the Team Mansfield speculation (quote from the CHAD) "As I have already said, I will have no further dialogue with TEAM Mansfield through the media.
"I have already said my piece about them and, until they come up with an offer for the club and show me they have the resources in place, I will have nothing more to say now or in the future.
"They are not the official spokespeople for our supporters."
