Mansfield Town have released details of the clubs accounts up to June 2005.
The club made a loss of of nearly £260,000 following a profit of £409,000 from the same period the year before.
A statement from accounts Hollis and Co said "The football club is in a healthy financial state to move forward –– it owns its own stadium without any borrowings on it and operates tight control over its expenditure.
"During the year, the amount owed by Mr Haslam to the club has decreased by over £100,000 and we understand it has decreased even further in the period since 30th June 2005."
Keith Haslam came out and said, just prior to a planned Team Mansfield march in February, against his ownership of the club, that he had paid back his loans to the club. This is something which should show in the 2006 accounts, due out towards the end of this year.
Haslam himself has said "I think we're in a very strong position for a club of our size."
