Speaking to the Mansfield CHAD, Stags boss Peter Shirtliff said "I am not happy with that at all. We conceded two hopelessly ridiculous goals and gave ourselves a mountain to climb.
"To be fair to the boys - congratulations to them, they've done it.
"Their effort has never been in question. It's their concentration at times and their application, trying to do the right things at the right times.
"I was disappointed with both goals we conceded. That's why we are where we are. "

"We were not on the front foot. If we had stepped up a gear we could have gone on and won the game.
"Simon Brown came on with a sportsman's hernia and showed us a bit of spark. The lads seemed to be waiting for someone to spark them off instead of doing it themselves."

"I was in two minds before the game whether or not to match them for formation. Then I decided if we got the ball wide we would caused them some problems. But it didn't quite happen.
"We had about six players aged under 20 out there which makes a difference."

Meanwhile speaking to the Official Wrexham website, Dennis Smith said "A Mad Five Minutes Cost Us Dear"

"It was a mad five minutes that cost us dear today.
"We have defended well for the last three games, apart from that brief spell here and it has cost us two points."

"In the previous two games I have had half time to chat to them. Not today and we just couldn't hang on long enough to start closing the game down.
"They brought some pace on with their two substitutes, but we should have enough to counter that threat. No complaint about the penalty, it was one.
"From my point of view we shouldn't have conceded it, as the lad was going nowhere. I've had my say in the dressing room over that and hopefully we will learn from this. "

"I thought Sam Williams was superb today, and while Matt scored two good goals, it's comes as something of a shock to him to be playing twice in a week, especially after five months at Plymouth and appearing as an occasionally substitute."
