Speaking to the official Walsall website ahead of the clash Field Mill, Money said "I watched them win at Hereford last weekend and they played well. They have an experienced new manager at the helm in Billy Dearden and two new strikers who are proven at this level.
"I was somewhat surprised that they lost at Accrington in the week, but inconsistency has been one of their problems so far this season.
"On their day, like most teams in this League, they are a very capable side and being top of the table means that we are there to be shot at and everyone wants to beat us.
"We know that Mansfield will try to get in amongst us early on, but we have to make sure that first of all we win the battle before playing our football."
