Although Stockport has suffered from the sub-zero temperatures this week the covers have protected the pitch and, with the overnight weather prospects expected to be favourable, no problems are anticipated on Saturday.
Trevor Kettle, the match referee, has been made aware of the situation and will arrive at Edgeley Park at the normal time.
