Talking to the official Leyton Orient Website: "There's been a lot of hard work over the last few weeks and now we're starting to see the benefits, Ling said. "It was a big relief to get that home win on Tuesday and now we want to push on with another one against Mansfield. "They've had a rocky start to the season with Carlton Palmer leaving but even though they're bottom, they have some players with good pedigrees and they're not to be taken lightly. "We can't afford to let up in our work-rate or give them too many chances because even though we're creating a few ourselves at the moment they could easily punish us.
"It's nice to know that our strikers have got their eye in and are finding the target and the rest of the team know if they create chances for Gary and Jabo at the moment then we'll score goals. "And the crowd are really with us at the moment too - I'm hoping for a big crowd to get behind the side and I want us to reward the supporters by lifting ourselves nearer to the top of the table."
